The Jesus Jara Chronicles (Part 1)
I’m Danielle Ford, former school board trustee of the Clark County School District which includes the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.
This episode is all about my experience with the absolute lawless tyrant, Jesus Jara, and the evil and maniacal things he did while he was superintendent of CCSD, the 5th largest school district in the country.
Although it has a storytime feel, this is not a storytime episode. Those episodes are going in order through my 4-year term. And we’re currently towards the end of my first year on the board in 2019.
This episode chronicles Jesus Jara’s employment before during and after my term on the board, it includes the chaos he purposely crafted and the destruction he caused so that he could remain employed and continue to gain power.
By the end of this episode you’ll understand the methods he used to bribe those who could be bribed, threaten and punish the rest, force thousands of educators, staff and admin to quit, bring student enrollment numbers down by 30,000.
These stories fully explain how Jara pathologically lied to everyone he could, was almost fired, and then fired and then unfired, threatened and sued the board multiple times, dodged getting a proper evaluation for almost 6 years, all while being constantly rewarded with contract extensions and raises taking his final salary to over $400,000 plus perks, qualifying for the Nevada retirement system, and received a lump sum payout of $250,000 when he resigned without notice.

This episode is a linear accounting of stories, events, and closed session meetings the public doesn’t know about. It’s all specifically related to Jesus Jaras deceptive and immoral acts and power hungry behaviors about his employment.. it doesn’t include the deceptive, immoral and probably illegal things he did for the actual work in the school district.
I will touch base on some things that happened during Covid but only because those parts are relevant to the legal aspects that the Jara chronicles are focused on. The full stories of the things around Covid and school shutdowns and reopening will be explained in future episodes.
Those are all part of the larger Jara saga, which of course is part of the larger superintendent puppets and evil billionaires universe.
And I’m taking this opportunity to put on the record that I hereby claim sole ownership of the Jara Chronicles licensing rights, and a 51% share in all future entertainment deals which includes but is not limited to all evil billionaire universe merchandise and family theme parks.
